Order types:
•Market order — executes immediately at current price
•Limit order — waits until price reaches your target
•Stop-loss — automatic sell if price drops below limit
•Take-profit — automatic sell when price reaches target
Spot vs Futures:
•Spot: you buy real cryptocurrency, price can go to 0 but you can't lose more than invested
•Futures: trades contracts with leverage, you can lose more than your investment
