Most profitable airdrops:
•Uniswap UNI (2020) — 400 UNI per wallet, value $1600-12000
•Ethereum Name Service ENS (2021) — average $10k+
•Arbitrum ARB (2023) — average $1400
•Optimism OP (2022, 2023) — multiple rounds
•Celestia TIA (2023) — early validators/stakers
•Hyperliquid HYPE (2024) — $1B+ total distribution
Eligibility criteria:
•Transaction activity (frequency, volume)
•Protocol-specific tasks (swap, bridge, deposit)
•NFT ownership
•Early participation
•Social engagement (Discord, Twitter verification)
Sybil protection:
•Projects penalize "sybil farming" — many wallets for larger rewards
•Scoring based on: on-chain history, gas spent, activity diversity
•One legitimate active address better than 100 "sybil" addresses
Strategy:
•Use protocols as real user, not just for farming
•Diversify: Ethereum L2, Solana, Cosmos
•Track: DeBank, Rabby (airdrop check extensions)

Risks:
•Gas costs for "farming" can exceed airdrop
•Many airdrops are disappointing
•Sybil ban = all addresses excluded
